Who We Are
In 2002 our highly skilled management team began a property development journey, starting with converting tired properties and derelict buildings into apartments and more recently new build developments.
Our team now applies this development and management experience to our building, maintenance and compliance services. Helping letting agents, property managers and the wider public across the London area.
At Kappa Build we provide high-quality building, maintenance and compliance services across both residential and commercial sectors. With years of hands-on experience, our team is equipped to handle everything from changing a tap to full bathroom and kitchen renovations including plumbing, electrical, flooring, decorating, and garage conversions.

Workmanship
For peace of mind, we guarantee most of our work against faulty workmanship for one year. Certain work or repairs, like drain blockages we are unable to provide the one year labour guarantee. If you have any questions, please dont hesitate to call one of our friendly team members.
Materials
Materials and parts supplied by Kappa Build are covered by a manufacturers guarantee or warranty. This guarantees replacement or repair of faulty goods within a fixed period which is usually one year.
